Pu'er tea "Ad Deed"
Ah Deed – Ah deed (อดีต) meaning “the past” in Thai was crafted to honour the tradition and rich history of Pu-er tea, which can be traced back to the Yunnan Province during the Eastern Han Dynasty. Reminiscent of how teas were made during this time period, we roast our Pu-er over charcoal to impart a unique smokiness and depth of flavour to the tea before it is meticulously hand-rolled. This process brings out the natural flavours of tea leaves which blend with roasted notes to create a complex and evolving taste profile, becoming more pronounced as the tea ages.
Crafted from two leaves and one bud, Ah deed Pu-er tea has earthy, toasted nuts, mushrooms and dried sour plum aroma.
